24/7 sensor monitoring with after-hours technician service, including evenings and weekends

All available readings and service history · Photo archive

One membership covers your residence, including multiple wine rooms. Each cooling system requires its own sensor package and installation.

We handle monitoring, interpret readings, receive every automated alert, and coordinate service personally. Your portal is optional. Vendor coordination, written cellar-health reports, and annual battery replacement during maintenance are included on every plan.

Explore the possibilities

What would your cellar’s story look like?

Switch between examples to see how temperature history can reveal a developing concern, an urgent change or a reassuring recovery.

Illustrative scenarios · Fictional readings. These are educational examples, not customer records or diagnoses. Actual alerts depend on configured limits, available readings and review.

A cooling pattern changes over the years

Arrange a service review

The gap between return and supply temperatures gradually narrows, even while the cellar stays within its example temperature limits.

Cooling difference (°F)

6 years · Quarterly examples · Fictional data. Cooling difference across the displayed period: 13.5°F → 5.5°F. Illustrative readings from comparable active-cooling periods. Example cellar limits: 53–57°F. These are selected quarterly points, not a continuous six-year sensor record.

What this could mean

Less temperature drop across the system can be a reason to investigate declining cooling performance. A slow refrigerant leak is one possible cause; operating conditions, airflow, coil condition or probe placement can also affect the pattern. This does not measure energy efficiency or confirm a leak.

The next step

Review recent cooling cycles and sensor placement, then arrange a technician’s assessment. Refrigerant loss needs appropriate on-site checks before a diagnosis or repair is agreed.

Follow-through

Earlier investigation may give the owner and technician time to plan repairs and source parts before a complete loss of cooling. Not every failure gives advance warning.

Weather-aware humidity monitoring

When outdoor and indoor moisture rise together and cellar temperature remains stable and within its limits, a qualifying mild humidity rise may receive a short observation period. High or prolonged humidity, cooling concerns and missing weather evidence keep the normal alerts.

Your live dashboard shows nearby outdoor conditions. RoccaGuard automatically saves outdoor observations and matching indoor readings to build a history of your cellar’s response. Alert limits do not adjust themselves.
