Your sensor installation
For each cooling system, we install a Temp Stick PRO with its wired external probe in the supply-air stream, plus a standard Temp Stick at an appropriate dry return-air location. The probe measures temperature; humidity comes from the sensor bodies. The devices connect through your residence’s Wi-Fi.
This gives your technician supply and return readings to review the temperature difference and look for changes in your system’s performance. We confirm placement, test readings and notifications, and explain your dashboard.
Standard setup is priced per cooling system, requires working Wi-Fi, and up to two hours onsite. Each system requires its own sensor package and installation. Additional sensors or more involved installations may need an additional quote. You own the equipment. Applicable tax is additional.
A separate room sensor may be recommended if the installation cannot provide a representative ambient reading. Any additional equipment or work is quoted for approval first.

Service details
One membership covers one residence, including its connected wine rooms, with 24/7 sensor monitoring, after-hours technician service and priority scheduling. Sensor packages and installation are charged for each cooling system. Automated sensor alerts run 24/7 to our office.
Your membership includes after-hours support and priority scheduling, including evenings and weekends. With your approval, we share findings and help coordinate your preferred cooling-system vendor. RoccaGuard monitoring-sensor troubleshooting and sensor-battery replacement visits are included. Cooling-system vendor visits, repairs and parts are separate charges, approved by you or your authorized contact. Visits depend on availability and authorized property access.
Cooling-system maintenance, vendor service visits, repairs and replacement equipment are separate vendor services. Initial sensor equipment, installation, new or out-of-warranty replacement sensor hardware and applicable tax are additional. RoccaGuard monitoring-sensor troubleshooting and sensor-battery replacement visits are included. Historical access covers records available to RoccaGuard. Verified new owners may receive reviewed property service records; former owners’ private contact, billing, travel and access information stays separate.
Monitoring supports early detection and response; it cannot guarantee that every fault or loss will be prevented. Internet, power, sensors, and notification services must be functioning.
